Junior Stylist:

Currently completing a carefully structured 2-year in-house apprenticeship under the personal guidance of Adele, learning every aspect of our signature approach to cutting, colour and styling. Working towards becoming a fully qualified Stylist while developing a solid foundation in the salon’s distinctive techniques and standards. Ideal for simpler services and clients who would like to support the next generation of talent trained in Adele’s exacting methods.

Stylist:

Having been carefully trained in-house over the last two years to a high professional standard. Level 2 qualified and actively working towards their Level 3 qualification. Ideal for everyday cuts, colour and styling. For more complex or technical work we recommend booking with a more experienced level.

Artistic Director:

A fully Level 3 qualified stylist who has spent a minimum of one year on the salon floor. Confident, creative and developing a strong personal style. Able to deliver beautiful, fashion-aware results with growing technical skill and a keen eye for detail.

Salon Director:

A Level 3 qualified stylist with at least two years’ experience on the salon floor. Highly skilled, reliable and able to handle a wide range of techniques with consistency and flair. A trusted member of the team who combines strong technical ability with excellent client care.

Principal Director:

A Level 3 qualified stylist with a minimum of four years’ salon-floor experience. A senior creative with advanced technical skills, refined judgement and the ability to deliver complex, high-end work. Trusted by clients for consistently beautiful, polished results and a calm, professional approach.

Creative Director:

A Level 3 qualified stylist with at least eight years’ experience on the salon floor. A true creative leader within the team — highly accomplished in advanced techniques, colour artistry and trend-led styling. Clients book with a Creative Director for exceptional skill, artistic vision and a premium experience.

Executive Director:

A Level 3 qualified stylist with a minimum of ten years’ experience on the salon floor. The highest level of craft and artistry in the salon. An expert in the most complex and creative work, bringing years of refined skill, leadership and an exceptional eye for detail. The definitive choice for clients seeking the very best.

Cuts

Re-growth: Top up roots to change colour, cover or blend white hair with Semi-permanent or permanent colour

Full head: Total and complete colour change with Semi-permanent or permanent colour

Toner: It may be necessary to use a toner to achieve the very best and accurate result

Full head lightening including toner: Total blonde impact

Colour change/correction: From light to dark or dark to light or to correct varying tones

Full head High/Low lights: All over placing of colour through foils to achieve a multi-toned look, as bold or as subtle as you desire

Half head High/Low lights: Placing of colour through foils to achieve a multi-toned look, as bold or as subtle of you desire

Partial/Creative: A scattering of foils to give a fashion colour, that really shows off your texture and style.

Ombré/Balayage: Graduated shade variation or brush strokes of colour creating as a specialist technique creating a huge range of options. The price can vary significantly depending on your requirements and hence the duration of appointment
